Saline Solution

When I was in Texas I was constantly contending with a runny nose. I took a class on jewelry making and I guess my coughing was driving this one lady nuts so she told me about a remedy the worked for her. Saline Solution. She said if I couldn't find it in the store I could just dilute table salt a pinch or two in a couple of table spoons of water and sniff it, hold my head back as long as a could and blow.

Well I couldn't find it in the store so I used her remedy. A couple of applications a day for about a week and my sinuses were cleared up. Now I found the spray bottle in the store and every time I get stuffed up out comes the spray.

I am told this is great for allergies and I believe it. It works for me.
