Yes, You Can Find a Natural Cure for Herpes

A natural cure for herpes may be no further than this page.

The herpes simplex virus causes herpes. There are two types of viruses...Type I causes fever blisters or cold sores on the face. Type II usually causes sores in the genital area. 9 Although, herpes can actually occur anywhere on the body, including the fingers, back and face.

Herpes is a "contact virus"..it is spread by contact with infected skin. Once you contact herpes, the virus lives in your spine for life,9 however, you can find a natural cure for herpes outbreaks and relief of symptoms.

Warning: If have herpes and are pregnant, seek a doctor's care, especially if you are close to birth. Herpes is particularly dangerous to newborns and can be transmitted via birth (genital herpes) or breastfeeding (if sores occur on the breasts).

The first step to finding a natural cure for herpes is to keep a diary of outbreaks. Herpes outbreaks are often triggered by certain foods, medications, or stress. If you can find the trigger, you can stop outbreaks. 9 Keep a careful record of any changes which occurred prior to an outbreak (new foods, new stress, medication changes, etc.)

If you do experience an outbreak, try one of the following home remedies for herpes.
