Kombucha for Hangovers

by Wendy
(EatingDisorders411.com)

Kombucha is a fantastic miracle worker. You can find bottles of Kombucha in some grocery stores and many health food groceries (like Whole Foods in the US).

Kombucha is a fermented tea. I have never used it for this purpose, but on the message boards I frequent related to the benefits of Kombucha, one "side effect" that is often mentioned is its ability to cure hangovers.

Try it. It might work for you.

BTW - I drink Kombucha daily, but it's really expensive to buy in stores. So I brew my own. It's really easy to do.
