Home Remedies for Eczema...Clear your Eczema without Medication.

Stop the itching and unsightly skin rashes with home remedies for eczema! Eczema, of which one type is atopic dermatitis is a chronic condition that causes dry, red, scaly patches on the skin. It is caused by an abnormal allergic reaction to an irritant. It affects both adults and children, however, babies seem to be particularly vulnerable to this itchy skin rash.

Eczema can occur on any part of the body, however, it usually occurs in the folds of the elbows, knees, scalp, face, neck or back.

It should go without saying, but I'll say it anyway. Eczema always has a cause. It doesn't happen in a vacuum. There is oftentimes some irritant or allergen which causes the eczema. Eczema is also sometimes caused by nutritional deficiencies. It might be a hidden food allergy (dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts, soybeans and seafood are the most common). It might be an allergic reaction to a laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, lotion, make-up, body oil, fabric (ie. wool) or metal. Eczema can be triggered by cold or emotional upset, however there is likely still another underlying cause.
