  • Vitamin B9 (folic acid). Folic acid is found in whole grains, bananas, liver, yeast and green vegetables.
  • Vitamin B12 (cobalamins). Foods containing vitamin B12 are meat, liver, poultry, eggs and milk. Note, there are no non-animal foods containing b12. This makes Vitamin B-12 deficiency a concern for vegans.
